  • Arrival & Exit Information

    Upon arrival, park your vehicle in the front of the hotel lot (by the fence) and check in with hotel staff to confirm your parking reservation details.

    Upon return, simply exit the hotel lot.

  • Shuttle Transportation

    Free shuttle service on demand for pickups/drop-offs at the hotel and airport. Max passenger limit per shuttle ride is 6 passengers.

    From the hotel to the airport: Please check-in with the front desk to request the shuttle service.

    From the airport back to the hotel: Please call the hotel front desk at (321) 372-1785 to request the shuttle service.

  • Reservation Modification Policy

    You have the flexibility to modify reservations up to 2 hours before your check-in time. This includes changing dates, times, parking product and license plate number. There is no limit to the number of times you can modify your reservation. Within 2 hours prior to your reservation check-in time, you will no longer be able to modify your reservation. If your travel plans change and you need to extend your parking reservation, please call the hotel front desk to inform them of your new return date and time.

    If changes to the booking dates, booking times or parking products are made and result in changes to the prepaid amount, you will be charged the new additional amount or refunded for the lesser amount in accordance to our modification policy.

  • Reservation Cancelation Policy

    For cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the reservation start time, there is a $5 cancellation fee and the remaining balance will be refunded back to you. For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation start time, there is no cancellation fee but you will lose the payment for the reservation.
